- 01 Open an account You are the super admin. You get 60 days free, no card required.
- 02 Add warehouses and staff The central warehouse and each shop separately. Assign every employee the places they may work in.
- 03 We move your products over Send us a CSV, XML or Excel file — we import the items, categories, colours and sizes.

What if I only have one shop?
It works just the same. Open a single warehouse and track stock by colour and size — QR codes and search work no differently.
Do I need a special scanner?
No. It uses your phone camera. For labels, any Bluetooth thermal printer will do.
Can staff see prices and total value?
That is your call. An employee sees only their warehouses and whatever you allow — the total stock value stays yours.
What happens after the 2-month trial?
You continue at €20 a month plus €10 per employee. If you stop, your data waits for you and you can export it.
Does it work offline?
Scanning and data entry work offline — everything syncs as soon as the phone is back online.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in the EU, with daily backups. Exporting the whole catalogue to CSV is always one click away.
